Role: Technical Project Manager (Cloud Migration)
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months
Must have : AWS migration.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of IT or related domain experience is must.
- Migration to AWS
- Need strong technical PM to manage the .com to AWS migration project.
- Looking for someone who can provide the technical management & leadership to achieve the goal of completing the migration to AWS within deadline.
- AWS migration expertise,
- Need someone to work during PST hours remotely and possibly collaborate with offshore team if needed.
- They should be self-starters, with the ability to navigate and achieve the goal within the defined timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Defines scope of work and get it reviewed and approved by customer
- Manages all facets of the project life cycle from requirements and implementation through testing, deployment, budgeting tracking, resource allocation, and change request management, scheduling, and customer support.
- Mitigating and minimizing exposure to risk and assuring the successful and timely execution of multiple simultaneous projects
- Prepare project plan, track the plan and monitor the weekly plans progress
- Prepares weekly status report and presents to customer stakeholders
- Ensure that each team has the tools it needs to meet project milestones
- Work with team to handle project issues as they arise
- Build a strong team by cultivating relationships between each other and illustrating how individual team members affect the success of the entire project
