# 8+ (Sr.) years of experience in the IT Industry
# Must have Experience with managing Content Migration Projects
# Strong Technical Knowledge of Adobe AEM 6.2 or higher. Working knowledge of Target and Analytics pref erred
# Strong experience with the Adobe AEM platform administration architecture, Adobe AEM HA DR concepts, deployments, and Adobe AEM automation.
# Ability to perform some development and maintenance tasks related to AEM platform code.
# Good Knowl edge on Adobe Forms and Analytics – AEM templating language.
# Nice to have experience in Java development, design, and coding.
# Experience in installation and configuration of AEM, Groups & Permissions, ACL, Replication agents, service packs, dispa tcher configuration.
# Experience in troubleshooting AEM Environment.
# Good to have UX UI knowledge
# Experience in Javascript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, React js and web technologies.
# Onshore offshore coordination
Responsibilities:
# Collaborate with d evelopers, designers and product analysist to help drive a functional solution that meets the team objectives and vision.
# Analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs of Adobe AEM components and templates.
# Review development team so lution to content author end user needs.
# Test and identify technical issues with AEM component and template functionality.
# Document component and template guidelines to help provide expertise to team members in using AEM.
# Analyze the state and functional gaps of the current dotcom website. Visualize the future state and guide the change process from a content author point of view.
# Identify issues with webpages and make recommendations to stake holders based on best practices of design an d content governance.
# Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis.
# Follow page builds through its entire lifecycle: analyzing, building editing in a CMS, unit testing and delivering to production through workflow procedures.
# Understand informa tion architecture for continuous building of a well-structured, easy to navigate site.
# Measure and analyze generated content taking into consideration its purpose, delivery and re-use along with long-term priorities.
