Role- Windows OS Support Engineer (L2)
Location- Spring, TX – (onsite role from day one
Technical Skills:-
- Good technical knowledge of Windows and Windows software
- Intermediate issue debugging skills
- Some level of testing experience
- Excellent technical communication skills – especially related to describing complex issues and submitting detailed issue reports that are actionable by the engineering team
- Self-motivation – completes work without constant oversight
The following is not mandatory, but would be a plus:
- Experience with HP systems (Sudden Impact, DASH, Pulsar, etc.)
- Linux knowledge/experience
- Experience with VDI remote computing solutions (e.g. Citrix, VMware)
Behavioral Skills:
- Very good communication skills
- Should be very interactive and top on deliverables being working from client environment
Qualification:
- Bachelor”s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
- 4 to 8 years of experience
