Job Description –
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
. At least 4 years of ServiceNow ITSM or SIR management
. At least 2 years of experience in JavaScript
. At least 2 years of experience with XML and REST API integration
. Ability and interest to learn new tools and technologies
. Critical thinking and problem solving skills
. Passion for information security and data security
. Strong written/verbal communication skills
. Strong interpersonal and organization skills
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
. Experience integrating with Resilient and/or Remedy platform
. Experience with Agile development/DevOps methodologies and tools (e.g. GitHub, Travis, JIRA)
