VMware + Basic Azure Networking Skills are must .

VMware certification is Must .

JD:

1.       The SMEs ideally must be VMware certified and has dearth of VMware experience in implementation and customer interaction

2.       The SMEs will be training, mentoring & guiding CSS frontline support engrs in triaging, scoping, troubleshooting tickets. So will have to arrive at creating AVS training syllabus by core areas like HCX, NSX, Day 0 provisioning etc.,

3.       Will guide and handle S500 customer interaction and manage escalation 

4.       Will facilitate VMware Tier3 engagement and ensure right amount of troubleshooting is conducted at Tier1 level before engaging VMware

5.       Will perform CSS tickets backlog grooming and ensure the backlog numbers don’t exceed  10% of the total call volume 

6.       Will closely collaborate with AVS EEE team for any technical troubleshooting  that requires JITing into production 

7.       Able to answer “How do I ” tickets at Tier 1 level 

8.       Will provide constant feedback to AVS Engg on improvements and automations
