Product Inclusion ? getting everyone reeled in ? working with the leader ? giving guidance to the team ? need to have taken a product from start to end ? come up with the idea and go from start to finish.

Work closely with design teams ? programs related to accessibility or customer experience- all customers are able to use the product

They will be responsible for being a champion with the tools and the process. Please look up Clarizen ? it?s a tool they will expect you to get up to speed on.

Experience in enterprise-level companies (Ebay, Cisco, Apple, and Google)
8-10 years of experience in a Program Management role
Several years of experience in an Agile environment
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Slack
Very comfortable working in a fast-paced, high stress environment
Has his PMP and CSM certification
Ability to work with developers- has a real ?talk the talk and walk the walk? persona
Very collaborative, pleasant and who is self-assured/confident
Need someone who is a quick learner and pro-active who can get going without much time/fuss
