RDAR – Business / Data Analyst

• Experience with Job Control Language (JCL) and around batch files moves
• End-to-end software development environment
• API and Database calls
• Experience in working with Interfaces/API and Database calls
• Direct experience with the following tools: Mainframe /AS400, COBOL, C++, JAVA

IT Business Analysts needed to support the execution of HSBC OCC Data MRA Remediation Program. Specifically supporting issue management within the RDAR (Risk Data Aggregation and Reporting) and IT workstreams.

The preferred candidate would have a background in IT and coding with experience in developing and updating code related to batch file movement process, but also as a traditional Business Analyst.
Candidates must have the ability to read code and write. Desired candidates should be familiar with Mainframe/AS400 and/or one of the three programming languages (COBOL, C++, JAVA).

Location: US Based, Currently Residing in US, with full US work authorization
Years of Experience: 5-7 years
Rate: 60/hr

Required Experience
• Experience with Job Control Language (JCL) and around batch files moves
• End-to-end software development environment
• API and Database calls
• Experience in working with Interfaces/API and Database calls
• Direct experience with the following tools: Mainframe /AS400, COBOL, C++, JAVA
• Strong BA experience
• Experience in the financial services industry

Nice to Have
• HSBC experience
• BCBS239 and data management experience
• Direct experience with Data or MRA programs
