Job Description:
The ideal candidate has been a part of an implementation to Salesforce or to expand Salesforce. Some having strong experience in leading and communicating with Business Unit and implementation team. service max experience is a must.
Basic Qualifications:
?5 – 8 years systems administrator experience
?Minimum 1 year of ServiceMax experience (configuring, testing, training, implementing, and reporting)
?Minimum 3 years of Salesforce experience
Essential Job Functions:
?Design, build, test and deploy enhancements to “Salesforce” and “ServiceMax” custom objects, tables, page layouts, workflows, output documentation, checklists, alerts, reports, and complex dashboards
?Assist in the configuration and maintenance of sandbox environments to facilitate development and QA testing of new features and functionality
?Ability to provide application and business process consulting, including training documentation supporting the implementation and change management of ServiceMax application software
?Manage a queue of support requests, driving all issues to resolution with a strong customer centric focus
?Interact with project management to ensure all project requirements and milestones are successfully met on time and in budget
Preferred Qualifications:
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
?Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or Related Field
?ServiceMax Administrator certification
?Administration certification
?Experience managing all aspects of field service, CRM, case management as well as customer and vendor portals in a cross functional service organization
?SQL knowledge with the ability to perform tasks such as updating and retrieving data on a database. Common database management systems used are Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
