Job Title: Sr React Developer

Duration: 12 Months

Location: 100% remote, TX

Required Skills: We are needing someone who is a Senior with lead experience, or a lead developer Skills needed: React Redux NodeJS (they currently just use it for packet management) Docker/Kubernetes Experience with Design Patters CI/CD Pipelines Nice to have: PaaS experience

Someone who is into technical leadership, can communicate, understands the platform, and can work with teams to find solutions. Not a heads down coder. 
Able to create some Proof- of – concepts to present new design patterns for developers to use. Could end up including some back end work, and potentially help with building out and deploying web servers. 
Help set up CI/CD pipelines, move things into docker/kubernetes. 
Client currently has a custom platform React is running on, able to understand the platform and provide code solutions to close technical gaps around architecture best practices. 

Work breakdown: 
30% solutioning 
60% React coding 
10% random dev 

Skills needed: 
React 
Redux 
NodeJS (they currently just use it for packet management) 
Docker/Kubernetes 
Experience with Design Patters 
CI/CD Pipelines 
Github – manager wants a link to their Github account. 

Nice to have: 
PaaS experience 

Developer could be Intrigued by: coding and helping coming up with solutions, will be a lead role, code reviews, coming up with design patterns for others to follow. Need to find creative solutions to accommodate efficiency and time line constraints. APIs from external systems into react user interface. This UI will be the center of their universe and eventually will include some M/L.
