Job Summary:

Our Central UI Engineering team aims to provide platform level reusable UI components in React/Angular to all the product teams. As a UI Engineer your work will directly reach, and empower our products.

Your Experience:

Self-driven with ability to work both independently and within a team environment to accomplish goals and objectives.

Expertise in frontend web development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, ReactJS, TypeScript, NPM/Yarn, CSS, Webpack/Rollup or any modern bundler, static-site generators (e.g. Gatsby), and more.

Experience with graphic design applications, e.g. Figma, Sketch

Experience with maintaining and contributing to code repositories using git, GitHub/GitLab or other version control.

Passion for web design and building web UIs that inspire creativity and innovation while efficiently directing product teams to the resources and materials they need to work with our common component library.

Knowledge of user analytics tools and techniques. (e.g. Pendo)

Experience building accessible front-end code e.g. Keyboard navigation, and VoiceOver.

Good understanding of scalability challenges and performance related topics.

Open to documenting and presenting UI component library related topics to our internal engineering community.

Skills:

3+ years professional experience as a front-end developer/engineer

Portfolio showcasing front-end development proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher
